We are pleased to announce that Neil Miley has now officially joined us as the new CEO of Mercia Learning Trust. 

Neil brings with him a strong track record of transforming schools and a deep commitment to providing high-quality education for every pupil. 

His key priorities will focus on bridging attainment gaps, particularly for disadvantaged students, and promoting collaboration across all our schools.

Under Neil's leadership, we will continue to develop our model of 'aligned autonomy,' allowing each school to thrive while contributing to our shared mission. 

Neil is dedicated to building a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and shared growth.
