Experience

• Over 15 years experience in primary schools, 13 of those as a senior leader, including a Headteacher. 
• Worked (and impacted) in senior leadership teams across a variety of contexts, including schools with high numbers of EAL, SEND and behavioural needs, including both outstanding and requires improvement schools. 
• Supported other schools as a Specialist Leader of Education and provided outreach support for other schools across the city, particularly around teaching and learning, personal development and curriculum. 

Strengths 

As a vivacious reader of research, I am up-to-date with the best teaching and learning methods to ensure the best outcomes for children. Having led on teaching and learning, curriculum and personal development in a range of schools, I have demonstrated significant improvements in the knowledge and performance of teachers. My most recent leadership at Woodlands Primary School moved the school to “good” within 18 months in all areas. I am also an instructional coach, support with QA processes and leadership and management development.
